Due to the nature of my business and the items I sell, online orders are handled on a preordering system. Pre-order cycles will be posted on the website and on my social media pages. Customers who have signed up to receive email updates will also receive notifications when new collections are available for preorder.
All preorders require full payment at the time the order is placed. Once your order is confirmed by an order confirmation email, the order is binding. I attempt to prepare, pack, and ship orders within seven to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
Please note orders are not filled or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. As a teenage entrepreneur in high school, there may be occasions when shipping is delayed. If a delay does occur, you will be notified. I may also ask you to please be patient if additional time is needed to fill your exceptionally large or heavily customized order.
Once orders have been released to the package delivery service provider and shipped, I cannot be held liable for delivery delays.
