Shipping policy

The sweets on this site are made from scratch and baked to order (not pre-made), so they are not able to be shipped the same day they are prepared. However, for you to have the best dessert experience, your order is shipped within 24 hours of baking. Also, to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival, orders are not shipped on the weekend or the day before federal holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Clicking on the tracking number will allow you to track your order online via the carrier’s tracking site. Please ensure your email address and contact information are correct at checkout.

Currently, shipping for cookies is available to the contiguous United States and Canada. Other items such as Cupped Cakes, Mini Bundts, and Brownies are shipped solely within the state of Texas.

If you would like to send your purchase to an address other than the billing address, be sure to enter the shipping address during the ordering process. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Josh’s Bakery is not liable for packages once they are with the carrier en route to final destinations. We cannot anticipate or control carrier disruptions like inclement weather or package handling. Should you experience an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact josh@joshsbakery.com and I will attempt to assist you the best I can. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.
