Chocolate chip is a flavor that is commonly considered basic when it comes to cookies, but I can assure you that these are anything but basic. Now look, I know that everybody and their mama puts brown butter & toffee in their chocolate chip cookies now, but EVEN WITH THAT these cookies are a step above the rest. They’re soft, chewy, rich, have an excellent flavor and are filled with hand chopped chocolate and hand made toffee. In addition to that, the dough is allowed to sit and have its flavors come together and intensify over time, making an amalgamation of bliss and deliciousness that is meant to be savored and enjoyed!
