It has come to my attention that a lot of people don't even know that lemon cookies exist. Which is baffling to me because it’s one of my favorites, so for those two reasons I have made it a personal mission to show these cookies off to the world. If you never had lemon cookies before, then mine are the best ones you can start off with, because why wouldn't you want to start off with perfection? These cookies are soft, packed full with lemon flavor, and aren't overly tart. Whether you're someone who has never had lemon cookies before, or someone who loves them, these will surely be a delight.
